What began as a greenfield development has rapidly evolved into a modern cold storage hub serving customers across Romania and the wider region. Alongside the successful operation of our existing 6,400-pallet warehouse, construction is progressing on the next phase of development: a 75,000-pallet fully automated high-bay warehouse, scheduled to become operational in early 2027.

The Bucharest site represents a significant strategic investment in Romania’s growing role within the European food supply chain. Once completed, the facility will combine NewCold’s industry-leading automation technology, advanced digital integration, and sustainable design to deliver highly efficient, reliable, and future-ready cold chain solutions.
