In Helsingborg, located in one of the Nordics’ strongest FMCG logistics corridors, we operate a high-capacity, multi-customer facility that acts as a key gateway to the Nordic food supply chain – ensuring efficient import, export, and distribution flows.
Complementing this, our new site in Flen is positioned in the heart of Sweden, enabling fast and reliable national distribution while strengthening connections to major population centers and key regional markets.

Helsingborg - Gateway to the Nordic food supply chain

The Helsingborg facility is a fully automated warehouse measuring 40 meters in height with a footprint of 141 x 82 meters. It operates as a multi-customer site, offering a wide range of services including storage, handling, rework, container loading and unloading, as well as ice production. Established in 2015, the warehouse has a total pallet storage capacity of 71,000. It is equipped with six automated stacker cranes and 16 loading and unloading docks, ensuring efficient and high-volume operations.
Flen - Strategically located in the heart of Sweden (Stockholm-Mälardalen region)

The Flen facility is a new state-of-the-art, high-bay automated cold storage warehouse scheduled to begin operations at the end of 2026. Strategically located in central Sweden, the site strengthens NewCold’s Nordic network by enabling efficient national distribution and enhanced connectivity to key regional markets. The 42-meter-high facility will feature a fully automated storage and retrieval system, automatic trailer unloading technology, and a total capacity of 56,000 pallet positions. Designed for multi-customer operations, the warehouse will offer opportunities for consolidating warehousing and transportation, driving greater supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
