After the successful Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, NewCold is proud to extend the sponsorship of the Dutch Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (BSBN) for another four years. We are proud to be a loyal partner of the federation and help secure further development of the uprising athletes of the niche sports.
Bram Hage, CEO of NewCold, sees important similarities between the BSBN and NewCold in terms of growth and innovation. “The Dutch Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation attach great importance to innovating the sleds and training sessions. In addition, young talents are given the opportunity to grow from the federation. NewCold applies innovation by automating the processes and offers young people the space to further develop their talents.”
Kimberley Bos, top skeleton athlete, Wim Noorman, President of the BSBN, and Vincent Kortbeek, Technical Director of the BSBN, visited the NewCold Headquarters in Breda to sign the new agreement.
Wim Noorman commented: “Courage, vision and confidence are needed to enter a new contract with the BSBN for another 4 years after the successful Beijing 2022 Olympic Games. For the first time in our history, a sponsor gives us this trust —a trust we should not betray. I am grateful and happy that with NewCold, we have a partner who wants to embark on this new path with us.”
Olympic medalist Kimberley Bos is very happy with the long-term collaboration with NewCold. “It gives security for my program and the opportunity for the BSBN to start training my successor!”
Vincent Kortbeek adds, convinced: “Collaboration with NewCold gives us the opportunity to constructively build our programs. Our values are very similar, so we can really talk about a partnership!”
