NewCold announces new EVP Innovation & Technology - Matthew Staley

Matthew will become a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He will be based in the Netherlands and will move into this new position July 1st, 2022.

This new role will help us effectively manage our global growth, organisational alignment, collaboration and continuous improvement efforts with a focus on innovation and technology.

Matthew, based in Australia, is currently the VP Commercial APAC and led all development activities in the region. Effective immediately Jason Welsh will be promoted into a newly created role of Vice President Commercial ANZ.

Matthew brings more than 20 years of experience in a variety of senior leadership, innovation and transformation roles from some of Australia’s leading companies including Fonterra, Coles and Australia Post.

The momentum we have built puts us in a position of strength to take this exciting next step in NewCold’s transformation and realise the full potential of our business. We are delighted that Matthew enters in this role and look forward working with him in the leadership team.
