NewCold at Chicago World Business Reception
At NewCold we offer great and challenging job opportunities in around the world. We have built and operate 12 cold storages on three continents.
On August 25, NewCold was invited to attend and participate in Chicago World Business’s “Celebrating Chicago’s Business Milestones and Successes” rooftop reception in Chicago.
Chicago World Business is the economic development group for the City of Chicago and the event was hosted by Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot as well as Chicago Economic Development CEO and City of Chicago Chief Marketing Officer Michael Fassnacht.
New and fast-growing Chicago companies were invited to network and celebrate an exciting year. NewCold was invited on the basis of our commitment to opening our new North American regional headquarters in the city this year.
North American Business Development Managers Rick Bake and Nick Santoro represented Jonas Swarttouw and our new NewCold regional office in their native city and were able to meet Chicago’s civic and business leaders and have thought-provoking discussions with other companies calling Chicago home and finding success in the midwestern United States and beyond, including several potential new customers for the years to come.
