NewCold’s state-of-the-art Global Innovation and Support Center is nearing completion in Breda, the Netherlands.

The new space is designed to support the company’s rapid growth.

Our people are central to NewCold’s success, and this new space is more than just a building; it’s a hub for innovation and operational excellence. Ensuring we continue to provide the best support and solutions for our customers,” said Bram Hage, NewCold Founder and CEO.

The Global Innovation and Support Center will ensure ample space for the current team while accommodating future growth. The space is designed to foster collaboration and boasts extensive facilities, including a dedicated training center for seminars and onboarding new colleagues.

The office is designed to enhance employee well-being. Amenities include a breastfeeding room, a prayer room, locker rooms with showers, a lounge area and a bar aptly named “Cooldown” for after-hours socializing and relaxation.

The building will include key sustainability features, with 555 solar panels contributing to NewCold’s green energy goals. The building will also contain 1,400 concrete panels, providing both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. A garden that extends from the exterior to the interior will harmoniously blend the building with its natural surroundings.

The office design is structured in nine blocks, echoing NewCold’s logo. The exterior’s clean, bright, square-shaped design reflects the advanced automated facilities NewCold is known for. The use of the same materials for the exterior and interior walls represents the connection between NewCold and its customers, environment, and community.

NewCold’s new home in Breda is expected to be ready for occupation by January 2025.
